Pavago is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients for an experienced LinkedIn Ads Specialist to oversee and optimise high-performing advertising campaigns across a portfolio of 10–15 clients. The successful candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset, a results-oriented approach, and proven expertise in utilising LinkedIn’s advertising platform to deliver measurable performance outcomes.
This role involves the end-to-end management of LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including strategy development, campaign setup, ongoing optimisation, performance analysis, and detailed reporting. The specialist will ensure that each client’s objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently achieved and aligned with broader marketing goals.
Core Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy and Execution
- Develop, launch, and optimise LinkedIn Ads campaigns for multiple clients
- Conduct market research and audience analysis to inform advertising strategies
- Test creatives, audience segments, and ad formats to improve performance
Performance Monitoring and Optimisation
- Monitor daily campaign performance and implement data-driven adjustments
- Analyse campaign data to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear, actionable recommendations
Client Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand objectives, budgets, and expectations
- Provide strategic guidance to enhance campaign effectiveness
- Communicate results, insights, and next steps in a clear and professional manner
Industry Knowledge and Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on LinkedIn advertising tools, platform updates, and best practices
- Recommend innovative strategies and tactics to improve overall campaign results

Skills & Requirements
Required Experience & Skills
- Demonstrated experience in managing and optimising LinkedIn Ads campaigns
- Strong analytical abilities, with the capacity to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
- Experience handling multiple clients or accounts simultaneously
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and other relevant advertising tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organisational abilities with keen attention to detail
Preferred Experience & Skills
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital advertising, with a focus on LinkedIn Ads
- Familiarity with additional digital advertising platforms is advantageous
- Previous experience in client-facing roles, managing relationships and expectations
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required

In this role, a standard day involves monitoring and analysing campaign performance across multiple client accounts, implementing data-driven optimisations to targeting, bids, and creative assets. The specialist conducts audience research to refine strategies, prepares detailed performance reports, and communicates updates and recommendations to clients. Collaboration with internal teams ensures alignment on objectives, while staying informed about new LinkedIn advertising tools, features, and best practices supports continuous campaign improvement.
