Position Overview
Alertify is seeking a proactive professional to take charge of building and optimising outbound systems and lead generation automations. This role goes beyond cold calling, it’s about creating scalable, trackable, and highly efficient sales workflows. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to design and implement advanced outbound and automation processes using N8N, helping drive growth and impact across the organisation.
Core Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the outbound process, from prospect research to messaging, with the goal of securing qualified meetings.
- Build and maintain a healthy, high-quality pipeline of prospects across dynamic industries, managing workflow automations within N8N.
- Oversee and optimise the HubSpot CRM, ensuring every deal and prospect receives timely follow-ups. Develop workflows, reports, sequences, and playbooks while maintaining best practices.
- Utilise tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, and other data sources to identify new prospects, verify contact information, and enrich data through various services.
- Create, test, and refine industry-specific email campaigns and sequences, incorporating social touchpoints that drive engagement. Understand industry challenges and communicate solutions with a clear ROI focus.
- Continuously improve funnel conversion, lead scoring, and workflow automations to maximise efficiency.
- Schedule meetings and hand off well-qualified leads to senior leadership for closure, with the volume and quality of qualified meetings serving as the primary performance metric.
- Monitor activity, analyse results, and consistently achieve weekly outreach and meeting targets, maintaining efficiency and high-volume output.
Skills & Requirements
- Preferably has B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Prior experience engaging with the US market is highly valued.
- Background in programming combined with systems administration is a strong advantage.
- Ideally experienced in selling subscription-based (SaaS) solutions to businesses rather than direct-to-consumer, with additional experience in hospitality and property management industries considered a bonus.
- Minimum of four years’ experience with CRM automation (HubSpot preferred) or a similar platform, with expert-level proficiency in maximising these systems.
- Strong technical aptitude for automation workflows and technical systems, including hands-on experience with N8N and proficiency in JSON.
- Demonstrated success in booking meetings from cold outreach campaigns, leveraging automation and AI while continuously monitoring and optimising system performance.
- Highly independent, self-motivated, and creative, with the ability to ask insightful questions, propose new ideas, and problem-solve proactively.
- Native-level English proficiency, as all communications will be with US-based customers and leads.
Working Environment
- Work Schedule: Flexible, remote work arrangement, requiring efficiency and diligence. As the primary sales focus is on the US market, occasional evening hours will be necessary.
- Home Office Requirements: A well-equipped home office is expected, including a modern workstation and a fast, reliable internet connection.
