Job Overview

The Content Strategist is responsible for designing and implementing content strategies that drive the brand’s creative vision and digital expansion. This role oversees content planning, scheduling, and the development of innovative campaigns that align with brand objectives while captivating the target audience. The strategist works closely with creators and internal teams to ensure cohesive content, boost audience engagement, and strengthen the brand’s distinctive digital presence.

Core Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Creation

  • Design content strategies that align with the brand’s objectives and engage the target audience.
  • Partner with content creators to produce compelling and relevant content concepts.
  • Oversee content development to ensure consistent messaging, tone, and visual style.

Content Posting & Scheduling

  • Manage content distribution across platforms to maintain a cohesive online presence.
  • Optimise publishing schedules to maximise audience engagement.
  • Maintain and update a content calendar to track timelines and deadlines.

Campaign Ideation & Development

  • Conceive creative campaign ideas that resonate with the intended audience.
  • Develop campaign concepts, themes, and content briefs for multi-platform execution.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and effective campaign implementation.

Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in content strategy, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in managing content calendars and developing campaign concepts.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends and platform-specific content strategies.
  • Strong project management and organisational abilities to effectively handle schedules and deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a talent for generating innovative and engaging content ideas.
  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Proficiency with AI tools and platforms, including those for content creation, ideation, and optimisation.
  • Comfortable adopting an AI-native approach, experimenting with AI and automation to enhance efficiency and scale results.
  • Familiarity with social listening, data scraping, and automated outreach workflows.
  • Ability to leverage automation and workflow integrations to streamline repetitive tasks and extract actionable insights.
  • Keen interest in using AI to boost engagement, refine targeting, and improve overall marketing performance.
