This role is ideal for someone who blends creative instincts with data-driven execution and can independently manage premium client accounts from strategy to performance optimization.
Role Overview
The Growth Marketer will act as the “CEO” of client accounts, overseeing campaign setup, creative strategy, optimization, and client communication. The role focuses primarily on Meta ad campaigns, while also contributing to creative direction and client growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Meta Ads Management (50%)
- Set up, launch, and optimize Meta ad campaigns with significant budgets.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics including CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL.
- Scale winning creatives through advanced targeting and budget allocation.
- Connect creative performance to business outcomes and iterate campaigns based on data.
Creative Strategy & Execution (25%)
- Research audience insights via Reddit, reviews, and competitor analysis.
- Write engaging hooks, scripts, and ad copy for UGC and paid social campaigns.
- Collaborate with UGC creators, designers, and video editors to deliver high-performing creatives.
- Analyze competitors via Meta Ad Library to identify winning creative patterns.
Client Management (25%)
- Lead strategic client meetings and deliver actionable performance insights.
- Build trust through proactive communication and ownership of account growth.
- Translate complex performance data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Must-Haves:
- Direct experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
- Proven DTC portfolio with measurable results (ROAS, scaling examples).
- Strong copywriting skills for UGC and paid social campaigns.
- Deep understanding of Meta performance metrics and optimization strategies.
- Self-driven with excellent client communication skills.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with newsletter brands or info products.
- Experience managing $10K+ monthly ad spend.
- Expertise in creative research (TikTok trends, competitor analysis).
