Job Overview

The successful candidate will collaborate with both the Paid Advertising Lead and the Social Media Manager to assist in executing strategic initiatives across paid and organic channels. Responsibilities will include monitoring and analysing campaign metrics, compiling performance reports, and contributing to the development of an active and loyal online audience.

Core Responsibilities

1. Digital Advertising Support

  • Assisted in managing paid media campaigns across various platforms.
  • Updated advertising materials to keep content fresh and engaging; basic graphic editing occasionally required.
  • Regularly analysed performance data and presented key insights.
  • Kept up with evolving industry tools, trends, and advertising standards.
  • Adjusted campaign budgets following guidance from senior leadership.
  • Organised campaign data and reported outcomes in weekly reviews.
  • Monitored recruitment funnel metrics related to artist sign-ups.
  • Investigated and corrected data inconsistencies in reporting tools.
  • Refined audience targeting strategies to enhance ad efficiency.
  • Handled additional advertising-related assignments as delegated by management.

2. Operational & Administrative Tasks

  • Managed WhatsApp groups used for direct ad distribution and communication.
  • Supported artist-driven boosted posts by coordinating instructions and tracking results.
  • Maintained a structured archive of previously used promotional assets and messaging.
  • Recorded and updated internal documentation on advertising workflows.
  • Responded to public feedback on Google and internal platforms in a professional tone.
  • Performed periodic assessments of artists’ Instagram profiles to ensure branding consistency.

  • Actively managed online engagement by replying to direct messages, comments, and tags.

Skills & Requirements

  • Possesses 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in managing social media channels and executing paid advertising campaigns.
  • Experienced in testing, optimising, and scaling paid marketing efforts to maximise performance.
  • Demonstrates strong data analysis and reporting capabilities, with a keen interest in working closely with metrics.
  • Proficient in using social advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, alongside solid knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Has basic skills in Photoshop or comparable design software for creative content editing.
  • Thrives in dynamic environments by effectively prioritising responsibilities.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently, while also collaborating effectively within a team setting.
