Job Overview

The company is seeking a Paid Ads Specialist to support and execute performance-driven marketing campaigns for education and training organisations focused on increasing student enrolments. The successful candidate will initially work closely with senior advertisers while managing smaller advertising accounts, with a clearly defined progression path towards full end-to-end campaign ownership.

Core Responsibilities

Paid Ads Execution and Support

  • Supports active advertising accounts across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok platforms.
  • Assists in managing campaigns with monthly budgets ranging from $3,000 to $15,000 USD.
  • Contributes to campaign setup, ad creation, budget pacing, and ongoing optimisations.
  • Implements performance-based adjustments in line with data insights and senior advertiser guidance.

Account Management and Optimisation

  • Monitors daily performance metrics, identifying and flagging potential issues and growth opportunities.
  • Assists with testing strategies, including creatives, audience targeting, and campaign structures.
  • Maintains organised account structures and ensures accurate tracking implementation.
  • Contributes to the continuous optimisation of enrolment-focused marketing funnels.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Works closely with senior advertisers and a US-based team to support campaign objectives.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally in both written and spoken English during internal engagements.
  • Assists in preparing performance reports and internal summaries.
  • Develops the ability to translate client objectives into practical, results-driven advertising execution.

Skills & Requirements

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns, preferably in an agency environment
  • Proven experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Exposure to TikTok Ads is a strong advantage
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Comfortable starting in a support role with the ambition to grow into greater ownership
  • Detail-oriented with a performance-driven mindset
  • Curious, coachable, and motivated to continuously improve as a paid media specialist

Nice to Have

  • Experience with lead generation or education-focused campaigns
  • Familiarity with tracking systems, conversion events, and basic funnel concepts
  • Experience collaborating with US-based teams or clients
  • Proficiency in using reporting dashboards or spreadsheets for performance analysis
