Core Responsibilities
The role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimising multi-channel paid and organic growth strategies to drive measurable performance outcomes.
Paid Advertising Management
- Develops, manages, and optimises advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google platforms (Search, Display, and YouTube), TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Implements advanced audience segmentation, retargeting, and funnel optimisation strategies to maximise reach and conversions.
- Creates, tests, and scales high-performing ad creatives and landing pages to improve ROI.
- Manages budgets and campaign pacing across multiple accounts while maintaining strong performance benchmarks.
- Monitors campaigns in real time, adjusting bids, targeting, and creative elements to sustain optimal results.
SEO & Organic Growth
- Conducts in-depth SEO audits and executes both on-page and off-page optimisation initiatives.
- Develops keyword strategies, metadata structures, and backlink campaigns to strengthen domain authority and search visibility.
- Collaborates closely with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are consistently applied across blogs, web pages, and landing pages.
- Monitors Google Search Console and analytics platforms to uncover opportunities for organic growth.
Data, Reporting & Optimisation
- Builds and maintains client performance dashboards, producing weekly and monthly reports that highlight KPIs, trends, and ROI.
- Analyses campaign and traffic data to extract actionable insights, identify new growth channels, and inform testing strategies.
- Presents performance results to internal stakeholders and clients, providing clear recommendations and strategic next steps.
Skills & Requirements
Required Skills and Experience
- Over 5 years of experience managing paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable results, including improvements in CTR, ROAS, CPL, and CPA.
- Strong proficiency with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio (Data Studio), and conversion tracking implementation.
- In-depth understanding of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Proven experience working directly with clients, managing multiple client accounts, and effectively collaborating with creative, content, and project management teams.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Skilled in using analytics tools to monitor, report, and optimise campaigns in collaboration with clients.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in a marketing agency setting.
- At least 3 years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Minimum of 3 years managing paid media campaigns.
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as GoHighLevel.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WordPress, or WooCommerce and their ad integrations.
- Creative approach to UGC testing and ad creative strategy.
