The organisation specialises in SEO, digital PR, AI, content marketing, and web development, supporting healthcare, home services, and charity clients across Canada, the United States, and Europe.

The company operates as a fully remote workforce of over 20 specialists. Its professionals manage client accounts in key markets including New York City, Toronto, and Spain, implementing advanced strategies that consistently deliver measurable results.

Core Responsibilities

The role involves managing the planning, development, and launch of multiple websites across WordPress and other platforms, ensuring alignment with client objectives and adherence to industry standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with clients to define project goals, provide progress updates, and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with designers, developers, SEO specialists, and content creators to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Reviewing and approving all deliverables to ensure accessibility, compliance with SEO best practices, and overall quality.
  • Refining workflows and processes to drive greater efficiency and improved project outcomes.

Skills & Requirements

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Web Development, or a closely related discipline.
  • A minimum of two years’ experience managing website development projects within a digital marketing agency.
  • Strong expertise in WordPress development, with additional familiarity across other CMS platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and communicate in English at a professional level.
  • Proven organisational and project management abilities.
  • Availability to provide at least seven hours of overlap with the 9 am – 5 pm EST workday (Monday to Friday).
