Job Overview
The Web Developer will join the team to support the training and improvement of AI models. This role involves assessing the performance of AI chatbots, analyzing their reasoning and logic, and resolving issues to enhance overall model quality.
Candidates must be proficient in Python and/or JavaScript, with strong working knowledge of at least one programming language such as JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift. The position requires the ability to solve coding challenges (e.g., LeetCode- or HackerRank-style problems) and clearly explain the reasoning and approach behind each solution.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and present coding challenges to AI chatbots and assess the accuracy and effectiveness of their responses.
- Review and evaluate AI model outputs to ensure high standards of correctness, efficiency, and overall performance.
Skills & Requirements
- Native or bilingual-level proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Practical experience with algorithms, data structures, and systematic debugging processes.
- A bachelor’s degree (completed, in progress, or planned) is preferred but not mandatory.
