As the company expands internationally, The Flex is seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to craft intuitive, visually appealing, and high-performing product and marketing experiences.
Role Overview
The UX/UI Designer will play a pivotal role in transforming complex workflows into seamless user experiences across the company’s SaaS product, marketing platforms, and customer touchpoints. Working closely with the CEO, product managers, and engineers, the designer will deliver solutions that address the real needs of short-term rental operators while ensuring a polished, engaging interface.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-friendly dashboards, workflows, and integrations for Base360.ai’s SaaS platform.
- Create marketing assets, including landing pages, product pages, and demo flows, with a focus on conversion.
- Define, maintain, and evolve the design system for consistency and efficiency.
- Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
- Collaborate with developers to achieve precise design implementation.
- Conduct user research, usability tests, and A/B experiments to inform design decisions.
- Contribute to branding and visual identity across The Flex ecosystem.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in UX/UI design, particularly within SaaS or digital platforms.
- Strong skills in Figma and other design tools.
- Ability to balance user needs with business goals in creating elegant solutions.
- Experience in user research, usability testing, and iterative design.
