Job Overview

The client is seeking a UX & Digital Strategy Specialist to lead end-to-end client strategy, spanning pre-sales presentations through post-sales project execution. This role serves as a vital link between business objectives and digital solutions, including SEO, generative engine optimization (GEO), paid media, and user experience design.

The Specialist will develop and deliver strategic roadmaps that align audience insights, keyword opportunities, and paid campaigns with information architecture and content flows to drive measurable results. Beyond execution, this position focuses on shaping high-level strategy, presenting it effectively to clients, and collaborating hands-on with internal teams to transform strategy into impactful websites and campaigns.

Core Responsibilities

  • Pre-Sales & Strategy: Collaborates with the sales team during pre-sales to develop and deliver strategic presentations that align digital solutions with client business objectives.
  • Client Workshops: Leads discovery and digital strategy workshops to gather business goals, audience insights, and competitive intelligence.
  • Information Architecture & UX: Converts business requirements into clear information architecture, content structures, and UX recommendations for websites and landing pages, including wireframes or page outlines to illustrate proposed designs.
  • SEO & Paid Media Strategy: Designs comprehensive SEO and paid media strategies that support user journeys and conversion objectives, incorporating keyword research and search intent mapping.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works closely with design, SEO, and PPC teams to ensure strategies are accurately implemented in final deliverables.
  • Performance Analysis: Evaluates performance metrics such as traffic, conversions, rankings, and CPA, providing actionable insights and optimisation recommendations for clients.

Skills & Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Over 7 years of experience in SEO, paid media, and UX strategy, ideally within an agency setting.
  • Proven ability to align high-level business objectives with digital strategies that drive measurable growth.
  • Deep expertise in SEO, including technical, on-page, and content strategy, alongside a strong understanding of Google Ads and Social Ads fundamentals.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing information architecture, wireframes, or content outlines.
  • Exceptional proficiency in leading presentations, client workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Skilled at translating complex performance data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with generative engine optimization (AI-driven SEO strategies).
  • Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and landing page optimisation best practices.
  • Google Ads or Analytics certifications.
  • Hands-on experience with UX tools such as Figma, Miro, or equivalents.
  • Familiarity with project management platforms like Jira, ClickUp, or Asana.
