Job Overview

The Upsell Specialist serves as the approachable and engaging representative of the company, fostering strong, long-term relationships with clients. The role focuses on identifying opportunities for additional products and services, aiming to enhance customer lifetime value. Success in this position relies on delivering personalised solutions, offering informed recommendations, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to both prospective and existing clients, promoting additional services and upgrades.
  • Develop and deliver tailored sales strategies, providing clear information on the company’s products and services.
  • Research leads and identify opportunities for upselling across various platforms.
  • Educate clients on the advantages of the company’s offerings, particularly digital marketing solutions.
  • Close sales and ensure seamless onboarding for new upsell opportunities.
  • Work closely with the advertising team to resolve issues and optimise campaign performance.
  • Record and maintain detailed client interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
  • Provide timely updates and support for ongoing client inquiries and escalations.

Skills & Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in telesales and customer service.
  • Solid knowledge of online marketing, including PPC campaigns and social media platforms.
  • Hands-on experience managing PPC advertising campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Skilled in researching and identifying potential upsell opportunities.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong drive to exceed sales targets.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.

Work Conditions

  • Standard working hours are 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM US Pacific Time (5:00 PM to 2:00 AM South Africa Time).
  • Fully remote position within a collaborative and supportive team environment.
