Job Overview
The organization is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer with a strong passion for clarity, usability, and refined interface design. The successful candidate will take ownership of the full end-to-end design process across key product areas from research and user journey mapping through to high-fidelity visual execution.
Working closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams, the designer will deliver intuitive, well-considered, and scalable user experiences. This opportunity is well suited to a professional who blends strategic insight with hands-on execution and is capable of raising the overall design standards within a growing organisation.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead product design initiatives from initial concept through to final implementation across web-based platforms.
- Transform complex workflows into clear, intuitive, and user-friendly experiences.
- Produce user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
- Maintain and continuously enhance a scalable and consistent design system.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to ensure accurate and seamless implementation.
- Facilitate usability testing and integrate user insights into iterative design improvements.
- Champion user-centred decision-making within product roadmap and strategic discussions.
- Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and performance best practices are embedded within all design solutions.
Skills & Requirements
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of four years’ experience in UI/UX or Product Design, specifically for web-based products.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates comprehensive end-to-end product design capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of UX principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
- Proven experience designing complex SaaS or B2B platforms.
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to delivering polished, high-quality interfaces.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving startup environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing or scaling a design system.
- Familiarity with front-end development considerations, including React, CSS, and responsive design principles.
- Previous experience designing AI-driven or developer-focused products.
