As the platform continues to grow, The Faculty is expanding its global classroom and is currently looking for dedicated and engaging Online English Tutors to join its team. In this role, tutors will support students from around the world in achieving their language-learning goals through dynamic and interactive online lessons.
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive and engaging English lessons to students in South America
- Utilize provided tools and teaching materials to design dynamic online lessons
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive and actionable feedback
- Maintain an energetic, creative, and communicative approach in every teaching session
Skills & Requirements
- A completed matric certificate is required, with a bachelor’s degree considered an advantage
- A 120-hour TEFL or TESOL certification is essential
- Strong English communication skills, with a neutral accent preferred
- Confidence using Zoom and other basic digital tools
- An energetic, interactive, and communicative teaching approach
Equipment & Workspace Requirements
- A laptop or desktop computer with an Intel® Core™ i5 processor or higher and at least 8GB of RAM
- Reliable fibre internet with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps and a LAN connection
- A UPS system to manage potential power interruptions
- A noise-cancelling headset, HD webcam, and a quiet, professional working environment
