We are seeking a Swift Developer to join a dynamic team focused on training AI models. This role involves evaluating AI chatbots, testing their logic, and solving coding challenges to improve model performance. South African applicants can work remotely and set their own schedules.
Role Overview
As a Swift Developer, you will:
- Provide coding challenges to AI chatbots and assess their solutions.
- Evaluate AI model outputs for accuracy, correctness, and efficiency.
- Debug and optimize algorithms while working with cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI models by identifying errors and proposing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, solve, and explain coding problems using at least one programming language (Swift, Python, JavaScript, C#, C++, HTML, or SQL).
- Assess the quality of AI outputs against expected performance and logic criteria.
- Collaborate with the team to identify areas of improvement in AI chatbot performance.
- Work independently to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
- Strong experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows.
- Detail-oriented and capable of evaluating complex problem solutions.
- Ability to explain solutions clearly and logically.
- Advanced degrees (Masters or PhD) are a plus but not required.
