Role Overview

The association is seeking a motivated Social Media Appointment Setter to join their team. This role combines sales outreach and marketing support, focusing on connecting with leads, qualifying prospects, and fostering relationships that drive membership growth. The position involves outbound and inbound communication, including discovery calls and engagement through digital channels such as Facebook groups, podcasts, and webinars.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to semi-warm leads to introduce membership benefits.
  • Use consultative conversations to qualify prospects and assess their fit for membership.
  • Manage and respond promptly to inbound leads from Facebook ads.
  • Conduct discovery calls to pre-qualify prospects before passing them to Sales Representatives.
  • Engage potential members through Facebook groups, podcasts, webinars, email, SMS, and social platforms.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (GHL and Zoho) and track outreach activities.
  • Monitor outreach, appointments, conversions, and provide reports to the sales team.
  • Support marketing campaigns by driving engagement and contributing to community growth.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, including outbound calling and lead nurturing.
  • Proven track record in appointment setting, discovery calls, and converting warm leads.
  • Strong English communication skills with a neutral or light accent.
  • Ability to build relationships, handle objections professionally, and maintain a consultative approach.
  • Experience using CRM systems (GHL and Zoho preferred) and dialer tools (AirCall preferred).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
