Job Overview
The client is looking for a Social Media Manager with substantial B2B SaaS experience to oversee the company’s social media presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Meta. The role focuses on driving lead generation, boosting audience engagement, and strengthening brand authority across multiple brands, beginning with the flagship venture.
This position combines strategic planning with hands-on execution. The Social Media Manager will work closely with the founder to design and optimise campaigns, coordinate content assets, and utilise AI tools and HubSpot to track performance and support business growth.
Core Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy & Execution: Plan and run content and growth strategies for B2B SaaS audiences on LinkedIn, X, and Meta. Manage posting schedules, optimise campaigns for engagement and lead generation, and collaborate on visual content using Canva or AI tools.
- Content Management: Work with the founder to repurpose thought leadership and long-form content for social channels. Edit drafts to ensure consistent quality and brand voice.
- Analytics & Optimisation: Track performance metrics using HubSpot and platform analytics, adjusting strategies to drive engagement, growth, and conversions.
- Cross-Brand Coordination: Support the launch and growth of new brands, ensuring consistent social strategies and brand alignment across all accounts.
Skills & Requirements
- Experience:
- 3–5+ years in social media management within B2B SaaS or tech
- Proven success driving lead generation and community growth
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, Meta Business Suite, and preferably HubSpot
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS audiences and funnel-driven strategies
- Excellent written communication and creative thinking
- Proficient in Canva and ChatGPT for content creation
- Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and data-driven
- Self-motivated with ambition to grow into a leadership role
