The creator will take ownership of the entire content lifecycle and play a key role in expanding the brand’s presence across search engines, YouTube, and social media channels.
The role is fully remote. Applicants will be required to share links to previous work or content as part of the recruitment process.
Core Responsibilities
SEO Content Writing
- Produce long-form articles, guides, and landing pages designed to rank for high-intent keywords
- Develop strong narrative angles aligned with search demand
- Conduct in-depth topic research and translate insights into clear, engaging content
- Optimise content for SEO while maintaining clarity, quality, and brand voice
- Ensure a consistent, credible tone across all written content
YouTube Content Creation (On Camera)
- Write scripts for long-form and short-form video content
- Present confidently on camera and record original video material
- Create compelling hooks, titles, and content angles to maximise engagement
- Repurpose written content into structured video concepts and outlines
- Analyse viewer retention and engagement to refine future videos
Short-Form Content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
- Convert existing content into short, high-impact video formats
- Self-record short-form video clips for multiple platforms
- Identify and apply relevant trends and formats within the niche
- Maintain consistent messaging and positioning across all channels
Link Building and Authority Growth
- Execute targeted outreach to secure backlinks and brand mentions
- Identify relevant blogs, publishers, and creators for collaboration
- Develop content designed to naturally earn high-quality links
- Track domain authority growth and evaluate link performance
Growth and Experimentation
- Test new content formats, SEO strategies, and distribution channels
- Review analytics regularly and iterate based on performance insights
- Contribute creative ideas to scale audience growth and acquisition
Skills & Requirements
- Demonstrated excellence in English communication, with a high standard of both written and verbal proficiency
- Two to three years’ experience working with social media platforms and content distribution
- Two to three years’ hands-on experience developing and executing growth strategies
- Two to three years’ experience in SEO-focused copywriting and content optimisation
- Proven ability to use SEO tools to inform content planning and editorial decision-making
- Capability to conceptualise and produce content across multiple formats, including blog articles, video, and social media
- A creative, proactive, and resourceful individual who is able to work independently in a fully remote environment
