The Senior UX/UI & Web Designer will be responsible for crafting and executing intuitive, high-impact digital experiences across websites, apps, and interactive platforms. This role encompasses managing the complete design lifecycle—from research and concept development to final UI execution—while utilising AI-powered tools to accelerate iterations, optimise workflows, and collaborate seamlessly with Creative Directors to achieve client objectives.

Core Responsibilities
User Experience (UX)
- Conduct user research, interviews, and testing to uncover actionable insights.
- Translate findings into intuitive wireframes, flows, and prototypes.
- Develop and maintain personas, scenarios, and journey maps to guide product strategy.
- Champion accessibility and usability across all digital touchpoints.
- Continuously refine experiences based on feedback, data, and evolving user needs.
- Utilise AI tools to analyse patterns, accelerate UX exploration, and support data-driven decisions.
User Interface (UI)
- Create polished, visually engaging designs that elevate the brand.
- Develop high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and clear style guides.
- Build responsive layouts and scalable components for seamless cross-device performance.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure precise implementation.
- Maintain visual cohesion through consistent typography, colour systems, and iconography.
- Leverage AI-assisted design tools to explore variations, refine components, and speed up UI iterations.
Collaboration & Innovation
- Work closely with Creative Directors and team members to shape ideas and refine concepts.
- Integrate emerging AI design technologies and innovative approaches into the creative process.
Skills & Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of experience as a UX/UI designer, leading the creation of impactful digital experiences.
- A strong portfolio showcasing thoughtful UX strategy and visually compelling UI design.
- Proficiency in Adobe XD and the Adobe Creative Suite, with familiarity in CMS platforms such as WordPress and Shopify.
- Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to generate ideas, streamline workflows, and enhance creative output.
- Professional-level fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects efficiently and effectively.
- Proactive and adaptable, with a strong commitment to delivering user-centric digital experiences.
- Excellent communication skills, able to present design concepts clearly, incorporate feedback, and collaborate across teams.
Desirable / Bonus Skills:
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
- Experience with no-code platforms.
Given Designity’s close collaboration with clients across the U.S., candidates are expected to maintain a minimum of 5 hours of overlap with U.S. Eastern Time (EST) to ensure smooth and effective teamwork.
