About the Role
The company is looking to appoint a full-time Senior UX/UI Designer with a strong focus on marketing to enhance the user journey across various projects. This position involves taking visual concepts from initial idea through to final execution, ensuring all designs are fully responsive and deliver outstanding user experiences.
Key responsibilities include the creation of high-impact marketing landing pages, oversight of associated advertising campaigns, and the delivery of cohesive branding initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a highly creative professional with proven expertise in producing compelling marketing assets while upholding brand consistency across diverse platforms.
Core Responsibilities
- Create visually engaging, responsive designs aligned with marketing goals and brand identity
- Design marketing assets including landing pages, social media graphics, email templates, ads, and campaign materials
- Conduct user research and analyse industry trends and competitor work to inform design decisions
- Develop clear information architecture and user flows for intuitive navigation and optimal engagement
- Integrate accessibility standards to ensure inclusive design for diverse user needs
- Produce wireframes, prototypes, and interactive UI concepts to visualise and test ideas
- Develop comprehensive design systems, style guides, and documentation for smooth developer handoff
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to refine and enhance designs
- Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and ensure high-quality deliverables
- Apply strategic thinking to align design with overall business objectives
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies to maintain innovation
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years professional design experience, preferably in B2B settings (agency, tech, freelance); startup agency experience is a plus
- Strong graphic design skills with solid knowledge of design principles, typography, and colour theory
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software for high-quality visual content creation
- Expertise in scalable UI design for desktop and mobile platforms using Figma and Adobe Suite
- Advanced web design skills with a deep understanding of UX principles to create engaging, user-friendly websites
- Skilled in organising and maintaining design systems, including components, typography, colour palettes, grids, and spacing
- Proactive and accountable, able to work independently, solve problems, and take ownership of projects
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teams and presenting design concepts and research to clients
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of print and digital design work
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma is preferred
- Self-motivated and able to work both autonomously and within team environments
