Job Overview
The company is seeking a highly creative and detail-focused Senior UI/UX Designer to lead end-to-end product design. This role involves ownership of the design process, from conducting user research to delivering the final user interface. The ideal candidate possesses solid design fundamentals, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a talent for transforming complex concepts into intuitive and engaging digital experiences.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee the full design lifecycle for web and mobile applications, from research and wireframing to UI design and prototyping.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing, translating findings into enhanced user experiences.
- Deliver precise, pixel-perfect UI designs that adhere to brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and contemporary design principles.
- Develop user flows, journey maps, low- and high-fidelity prototypes, and design system assets.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders to ensure alignment on project requirements.
- Build and maintain component libraries, design systems, and comprehensive documentation.
- Ensure design consistency and high-quality output across all platforms and devices.
- Review development work to confirm that final products accurately reflect design specifications.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, propose design improvements, and foster innovation across products.
- Mentor junior designers and uphold high-quality standards in all design deliverables.
Skills & Requirements
- Over 4 years of proven experience in UI/UX design, preferably within SaaS, e-commerce, or product-driven companies.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto-layout, Design Systems, and Prototyping.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating successful, real-world UI/UX projects.
- In-depth knowledge of UX principles, user psychology, and accessibility standards.
- Solid understanding of responsive and mobile-first design methodologies.
- Expertise in design systems, component-based design, and interaction patterns.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Basic familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML and CSS is advantageous.
- Experience collaborating in agile development environments.
