Job Overview

The organisation is seeking a results-oriented SEO Specialist to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive search engine optimisation strategy. The successful candidate will take ownership of both on-page and off-page SEO initiatives, ensuring the website is consistently optimised to support sustainable, long-term growth.

The ideal professional will possess a strong understanding of B2B SEO, demonstrate proven experience in ranking service-based websites, and have the ability to convert website traffic into measurable business outcomes.

Core Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement a long-term SEO roadmap aligned with company revenue objectives
  • Conduct competitor analysis within the BPO and outsourcing sector
  • Identify high-intent keywords and create ranking strategies for service and industry pages
  • Build topical authority through structured content clusters

Technical SEO

  • Perform regular technical audits, including crawl errors, indexing issues, and Core Web Vitals
  • Optimise site architecture, internal linking, and URL structure
  • Implement schema mark-up (Organisation, Service, FAQ, Article)
  • Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, and redirects
  • Monitor and improve page speed performance

On-Page SEO

  • Optimise service pages, landing pages, and blog content
  • Refine title tags, meta descriptions, and header structures
  • Implement internal linking strategies
  • Optimise images, alt tags, and structured content
  • Improve conversion elements on high-priority pages

Content Strategy & Optimisation

  • Develop content briefs based on keyword research
  • Collaborate with writers or produce content where required
  • Optimise existing content to improve rankings
  • Create pillar pages and supporting cluster articles
  • Ensure content aligns with search intent and the buyer journey

Off-Page SEO & Authority Building

  • Develop and execute white-hat link-building strategies
  • Conduct outreach for guest posting and digital PR opportunities
  • Identify partnership and backlink opportunities
  • Monitor backlink profile and disavow harmful links
  • Build authority within the outsourcing and CX industry

Analytics & Reporting

  • Set up and manage Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console
  • Track keyword rankings and overall traffic performance
  • Monitor organic conversions and lead attribution
  • Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
  • Identify ongoing content and page optimisation opportunities

Skills & Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A minimum of three years’ proven experience in SEO, preferably within B2B or service-based industries
  • Strong expertise in both technical SEO and content-driven optimisation strategies
  • Demonstrated success in ranking competitive keywords
  • Practical, hands-on experience with industry tools, including:
    • Google Analytics (GA4)
    • Google Search Console
    • Ahrefs or SEMrush
    • Screaming Frog
    • Keyword research platforms
  • Foundational knowledge of HTML and on-page optimisation principles
  • Proven experience in executing link-building outreach initiatives
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with BPO, outsourcing, SaaS, or other service-oriented organisations
  • Proven track record in optimising high-value B2B websites
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) principles
  • Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress or similar platforms
  • Basic knowledge of AI-assisted SEO workflows and automation tools
  • Experience managing or collaborating closely with content writers
