Job Overview

Loomi Dental is seeking a motivated professional to join their team and contribute to building the next-generation patient growth engine from the ground up. This role offers significant ownership and the opportunity to work without traditional corporate constraints.

The position is initially part-time, with the potential to transition into a permanent role within 3 to 5 months.

  • Location: Remote
  • Compensation: £750 – £1,200 per month

Core Responsibilities

The role involves full ownership of paid acquisition across Meta and Google in a fast-paced, lean environment, reporting directly to the founder. Key responsibilities include:

  • Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns for lead generation.
  • Manage budgets and improve cost-per-consultation efficiency.
  • Write high-converting ad copy and recommend CRO-focused landing page improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Patient Booking Specialist to boost lead quality.
  • Analyse performance and report weekly.
  • Set up and maintain tracking via Meta, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Test, iterate, and improve campaigns quickly based on data.
  • Take initiative, bringing ideas and improvements without waiting for approval.

Skills & Requirements

Essential:

  • Demonstrated experience managing Meta and Google ads for service-based businesses.
  • Strong command of English and excellent communication skills.
  • Advanced analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Solid understanding of retargeting, attribution, and tracking methodologies.
  • Proven experience in lead generation.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver results.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.

Desirable:

  • Experience with dental, medical, or other high-ticket service industries.
  • Skills in conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
  • Familiarity with Zapier or other automation tools.
  • Capability to provide guidance on creatives and ad visuals.
