Job Overview

RØERING CREATIVE KIN is seeking an experienced and strategically oriented Senior Copywriter to join its creative team. This role is central to shaping a strong creative and strategic direction for both the RCK brand and its clients.

The ideal candidate is a conceptual thinker with exceptional writing abilities and a passion for producing well-crafted, impactful content. They will work closely with strategists and other creatives to identify strategic opportunities within briefs, deliver compelling ideas, and develop content that challenges industry norms while strengthening the RCK brand.

Core Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop channel-agnostic ideas aligned with client and business goals.
  • Identify strategic opportunities within briefs to enhance creative direction and brand positioning.
  • Mentor junior creatives and guide the production of high-quality, boundary-pushing work.
  • Create, improve, and maintain engaging content that meets business objectives.
  • Evaluate creative output to ensure consistency with strategy, tone, and brand standards.
  • Generate innovative ideas that inspire clients and strengthen campaign performance.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and consult with internal teams to ensure creative alignment with business objectives.

Skills & Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as a Senior Copywriter or in a similar role within a creative or marketing agency.
  • Strong conceptual and storytelling abilities across diverse platforms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a clear understanding of how creative work drives business results.
  • Proficiency in crafting content for both traditional and digital channels.
  • Knowledge of social media metrics, engagement strategies, and performance evaluation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
  • A robust portfolio highlighting conceptual thinking, polished copy, and successful campaign work.
