Core Responsibilities

  • Produce more than 20 pieces of engaging, high-converting content each day for a diverse range of clients.
  • Customise content to suit specific local Facebook groups and their communities.
  • Develop creative giveaways and promotional ideas designed to increase engagement.
  • Write clear and persuasive calls-to-action that effectively guide users to client lead forms.
  • Choose suitable images that enhance and support the written content.
  • Track content performance and adjust strategies based on results and audience response.

Skills & Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in creating social media content and managing or growing social media pages.
  • Strong working knowledge of Facebook and its various features.
  • Confidence in handling spreadsheets and interpreting data.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities and effective time management skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • The capability to craft persuasive content aimed at homeowners between the ages of 30 and 60.

Hours
