About the Role

Core Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and optimise website content and structure, including title tags, meta descriptions, internal linking, site architecture, and other technical elements to improve rankings for target keywords.
- Monitor Google Ads campaign performance and implement optimisations to enhance results.
- Write compelling ad copy for Google Ads campaigns.
- Set up and manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies.
- Compile, analyse, and communicate reports with actionable recommendations to improve client ROI and deliver value.
- Maintain a strong understanding of international SEO best practices.
- Provide training and guidance to Performance Team members on SEO and Google Ads best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in SEO and Google Ads.
- Research and evaluate new technology trends, identify opportunities for campaign optimisation, and present findings to the team.
- Complete tasks according to priorities and deadlines set by the Success Team, assisting with additional tasks assigned by the Team Leader or Head of Department.
- Support the Success Team by answering technical questions to enhance understanding and knowledge of the services provided.
Skills & Requirements
- Own a laptop or desktop computer that meets the minimum specifications outlined in the employment contract.
- Experienced with digital marketing and SEO tools, including Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Data Studio, and Google Tag Manager.
- Demonstrated knowledge of various backlinking strategies.
- Strong technical SEO expertise with a genuine passion for digital marketing.
- Curious and proactive about SEO, Google Ads, and emerging industry trends.
- Proven track record of delivering performance-focused search engine optimisation results.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Takes ownership of work and demonstrates a self-starter attitude.
- High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Word/Google Docs and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Previous experience in an agency environment is preferred.

- Holds a tertiary qualification in marketing with a minimum of three years’ relevant experience.
