Job Overview

The primary purpose of this role is to support and elevate client success by enhancing their visibility on Google search, ultimately contributing to increased lead generation and sales growth. The appointed candidate will be responsible for managing and executing the full SEO process, ensuring that all monthly deliverables are completed punctually and to a high standard, with a direct focus on improving search performance and overall digital presence.

This is a fully remote position offering flexible working hours. While individuals may choose their preferred working schedule, those operating outside of the United States are expected to remain available between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm US Eastern Time to accommodate communications, urgent requests, and last-minute meetings when required.

Core Responsibilities

The following key duties represent the primary tasks expected on a daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis, though the list is not exhaustive:

  • Preparing and submitting monthly reports to the Head of Fulfilment.
  • Executing the SEO process according to the specific package allocated to each client.
  • Working closely with the Client Success team to support client-related activities, including reporting, calls, and virtual meetings.
  • Collaborating with the website team during any client website rebuilds to ensure alignment with SEO objectives and best practices.
  • Compiling and delivering monthly performance reports to the Head of Fulfilment.
  • Implementing the SEO process in accordance with the package assigned to each client.
  • Coordinating with the Client Success team to support all client engagements, including reporting, meetings, and virtual communication.
  • Working collaboratively with the website team during any client website rebuilds to ensure alignment with SEO targets and best-practice execution.

Skills & Requirements

The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of four years’ professional experience within the SEO field.
  • At least one year of experience working in an agency environment managing multiple client accounts, with responsibility for achieving target outcomes, collaborating with support teams, and reporting to a direct manager or lead.
  • Proven expertise in executing Local SEO strategies, with a solid understanding of the importance of map pack performance and the ability to tailor optimisation efforts to drive measurable increases in high-quality traffic.

Capabilities

The successful candidate is expected to demonstrate the following core competencies essential for performance excellence and achieving the desired outcomes of the role:

  • Proficiency in advanced On-Page SEO techniques, including internal linking strategies, content silo structuring, and schema markup implementation.
  • Capability to utilise Google Business Profiles to improve local map rankings and drive meaningful visibility and results.
  • Strong analytical ability to assess high-performing competitor websites, identify gaps in current SEO efforts, and apply strategic improvements to positively influence client performance.
  • Skill in conducting comprehensive SEO audits and presenting findings clearly and accessibly, ensuring effective understanding among stakeholders with varying levels of technical knowledge.

Compensation

Remuneration is structured to reflect the value and impact delivered within the organisation.
Salary levels are based on proven experience and fall within the following range:

  • USD $1,400 to $2,600 per month

Additional compensation benefits include:

  • An 8% annual salary increase based on tenure
  • Further annual pay adjustments determined by performance outcomes
