Position: SEO Specialist – Healthcare Focus (ABA Therapy)
Location: 100% Remote (South Africa-Based Only)

A leading ABA therapy provider in Florida, USA, is looking for a skilled SEO Specialist to join their team remotely from South Africa. This permanent contract role offers the chance to make a real difference by helping families access critical autism services through improved online visibility.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented SEO professional with experience in healthcare or multi-location service SEO, capable of turning website traffic into meaningful leads. They will lead initiatives to optimise organic search, enhance digital reach, and drive measurable impact.

Core Responsibilities
- SEO Strategy & Execution: Own and drive the complete SEO roadmap, translating strategies into measurable business outcomes such as form submissions, calls, and consultations.
- Keyword Research: Perform in-depth, hyper-local keyword research focused on ABA therapy, autism services, and insurance navigation across Florida’s regions.
- Local SEO Management: Oversee and optimise Google Business Profiles for multiple clinic locations, ensuring maximum visibility in Google Maps and local search results.
- Technical SEO Oversight: Conduct regular website audits to resolve errors, enhance Core Web Vitals, and maintain clean, efficient site architecture.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with content teams to create engaging, compliant materials, including educational blogs and high-converting location-specific pages.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on SEO performance metrics—traffic, rankings, and conversions—providing actionable insights to inform strategy.
Skills & Requirements
Must-Haves:
- 2–4+ years of proven SEO experience with measurable results.
- South Africa-based professional.
- Track record of improving rankings and generating leads for service-driven organisations; international experience a plus.
- Expert in Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Business Profiles, and SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- CMS experience (WordPress, Webflow).
- Analytical thinker who turns data into actionable SEO strategies.
Bonus Points:
- Background in ABA therapy, behavioural health, or special education.
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and Florida’s healthcare market.
