Job Overview
This position centres on the initial stage of the sales funnel; conducting high-volume outreach, crafting precise messages, and securing discovery calls with ideal prospects.
You’ll engage with marketing teams, agency leaders, and media buyers, identifying their challenges, presenting our solutions, and handing off qualified leads to the sales team.

Core Responsibilities
- Initiate 150 to 200 outbound calls daily to assess potential leads and spark their interest.
- Provide weekly updates on outreach efforts, metrics, and the number of meetings set.
- Maintain communication with prospects through follow-up emails, voice messages, or direct messages.
- Log all interactions and lead information accurately in the CRM system (such as Close).
- Continuously refine and improve call scripts and email templates based on performance.
- Schedule discovery calls with qualified candidates and coordinate a seamless transition to the sales team.
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum of three years’ experience in sales development or outbound B2B sales roles.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Close, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
- Demonstrated track record of hitting cold call quotas and consistently scheduling qualified meetings.
- Availability to work during UK business hours, Monday through Friday.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Self-driven, well-organized, and dedicated to achieving measurable results.
