Job Overview

Camuso CPA is seeking a Remote Growth Marketer to act as a full-stack content and distribution strategist. This role is responsible for driving pipeline growth, enhancing the firm’s authority, and expanding content distribution.

This is a hands-on, high-impact position—not a traditional content or agency role.

Core Responsibilities

Content Repurposing & AI-Enhanced Copywriting

  • Transform raw video, transcripts, and founder insights into:
    • SEO blog posts
    • LinkedIn posts
    • Tweet threads
    • Short-form video scripts
    • Email newsletters
  • Use tools like ChatGPT, SurferSEO, Descript, and Opus Clip for efficient, scalable content production
  • Own multi-platform distribution calendar (X, LinkedIn, blog, newsletter, YouTube Shorts)
  • Maintain internal content tracker and ensure all assets are cataloged and repurposed

SEO Strategy & Implementation

  • Build and maintain lead-generation SEO strategy for crypto investors, Web3 companies, and emerging crypto-adopting niches
  • Develop keyword clusters, article outlines, and internal linking strategies (SurferSEO, Ahrefs)
  • Publish optimized content on WordPress, including metadata, alt text, schema markup, and other technical SEO best practices
  • Monitor and report on SEO traffic, keyword rankings, and inbound conversion metrics

Funnel Infrastructure & Lead Capture

  • Build and maintain landing pages, lead magnets, and gated assets to convert traffic into qualified leads
  • Collaborate with founder to create offers and CTAs tailored to ICP segments
  • Track performance and iterate based on open rates, conversions, and ROI

Trust Asset Development & Content Amplification

  • Repurpose Forbes features, podcast appearances, and case studies into outreach, landing pages, and sales decks
  • Create “proof hubs” in Notion or web platforms to reduce trust friction in cold campaigns and discovery calls
  • Amplify PR placements and media wins across content workflows and social channels

Media & Podcast Outreach

  • Identify and pitch relevant podcasts, YouTube shows, and newsletters in crypto, finance, and Web3
  • Craft custom pitches, manage booking logistics, and prep pre-interview outlines/talking points
  • Track placement ROI and repurpose appearances into blog posts, LinkedIn threads, and short-form content

AI-First Execution & Automation-Driven Thinking

  • Operate with AI-native mindset; automate wherever possible
  • Build repeatable workflows using ChatGPT, Descript, Clay, SurferSEO
  • Suggest and implement automation tools and no-code stacks
  • Continuously audit workflows to remove bottlenecks and increase leveraged output

Strategic Evolution & Growth Input

  • Propose new growth experiments, tactical pivots, and messaging strategies based on results
  • Identify new ICPs, verticals, content angles, and market entry points
  • Operate with an operator’s mindset and take initiative to improve processes proactively

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain dashboards in Notion or Airtable to track KPIs: booked calls, content published, SEO traffic, partnership deals, and leads captured
  • Provide weekly written status reports summarizing wins, blockers, and next steps
  • Participate in weekly 1:1 syncs and monthly strategic growth reviews with founder

Willingness to Evolve & Drive Strategy

  • Adapt and evolve with the firm as strategies shift
  • Actively contribute ideas for growth experiments, outreach tactics, content formats, and partnerships

Skills & Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of B2B growth marketing or content experience
  • Proven experience in content repurposing, demand generation, SEO, and AI-assisted workflows
  • Native-level English writing and communication skills
  • Proficiency with tools such as ChatGPT, SurferSEO, Descript, Apollo, Typefully, and Notion
  • Strong preference for candidates with crypto/Web3 knowledge, or a demonstrated ability to learn quickly
  • Highly organized, KPI-driven, and focused on execution

Secure Work Environment

  • Use password-protected devices and cloud storage
  • Avoid public or shared devices and unsecured Wi-Fi networks
  • VPN usage strongly recommended

Agreements & Compliance

  • Sign NDA and IP assignment
  • Sign non-compete prohibiting freelance work with crypto, Web3, or professional service clients

Communication & Turnaround Expectations

  • Respond to Slack and ClickUp messages within 1 business hour during work hours
  • Submit work on or before agreed deadlines
  • Attend weekly Zoom check-ins and provide daily progress updates
  • Communicate clearly about roadblocks, delays, or issues impacting workflow
