Key Responsibilities

Campaign Leadership & Delivery

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of outbound communications across SMS, email, push, in-app, and web.
  • Ensure messaging, segmentation, and timing strategies are executed with precision.
  • Work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Airship, and Contentful to deliver campaigns at scale.
  • Partner with content, brand, CRM, and audience marketing teams to tailor campaigns for different customer groups.
  • Move campaigns from one-off blasts to proactive, automated journeys.

Strategy & Campaign Growth

  • Develop structured campaign plans aligned with customer lifecycle stages and commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance messaging relevance and creative impact.
  • Contribute to the evolution of campaign strategies, focusing on consistency and quality.

Data-Driven Planning & Reporting

  • Use performance and customer data to define audiences, timing, and content choices.
  • Produce insightful monthly and quarterly reports, highlighting actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with content teams to evaluate message effectiveness and refine future campaigns.

Testing & Optimization

  • Lead A/B and multivariate testing to improve open rates, engagement, and conversions.
  • Apply test-and-learn cycles to ensure continuous campaign improvement.

Tech Stack Enablement

  • Deliver campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Airship, and Contentful.
  • Manage assets and content workflow through Bynder.
  • Leverage Martech platforms effectively to scale personalization and targeting.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Hands-on campaign management experience in a CRM or communications environment.
  • Strong knowledge of messaging across email, SMS, push notifications, in-app, and web channels.
  • Proven success in delivering data-led campaigns at scale.
  • Skilled in using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Airship, Contentful, and Bynder.
  • Confident presenting performance reports and actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented yet mindful of business impact.
  • Energetic, proactive, and able to thrive under pressure in a collaborative team.

Typical Requirements for a CRM Campaign Manager Role
