Core Responsibilities
- Oversees the planning, execution, and optimisation of PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Apple Ads to enhance brand visibility, drive qualified traffic, and generate leads and sales.
- Evaluates campaign performance using data-driven insights, continuously refining strategies to maximise return on investment.
- Conducts in-depth keyword research, develops compelling ad copy and creative assets, and manages bidding strategies to meet defined campaign goals.
- Tracks, analyses, and reports on campaign results, identifying optimisation opportunities and implementing performance improvements.
- Works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure all paid media initiatives are aligned with broader business objectives and consistent brand messaging.
- Keeps abreast of emerging trends, platform updates, and best practices in PPC advertising to maintain a strong competitive advantage.
Work Conditions & Schedule
- The role is fully remote, offering permanent work-from-home arrangements.
- Working hours align with the Pacific Time Zone.
- Compensation is paid out on a weekly basis.
Skills & Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in managing and optimising PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms.
- Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and apply data-driven insights to improve results.
- Hands-on expertise in keyword research, ad copy development, bid management, and ongoing campaign optimisation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective engagement with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
- Solid knowledge of PPC advertising best practices, current industry trends, and emerging advertising technologies.
- Google Ads and Facebook Ads certifications are advantageous.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Technical Requirements
- Reliable power backup capable of sustaining a full working shift of at least 8 hours.
- Acceptable solutions include generators, solar power systems, or portable power inverters (a UPS alone is not sufficient).
- Secondary internet connection to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.
- Network performance must meet the following minimum standards:
- Jitter: below 10ms
- Latency: below 160ms
- Upload speed: minimum of 25 Mbps
- Download speed: minimum of 25 Mbps
Both power and internet backup solutions are mandatory.
