Core Responsibilities
- Oversees the creation and management of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for cash-pay medical services.
- Develops targeted strategies to attract high-intent patients within the local market.
- Crafts engaging and compliant ad copy that aligns with medical advertising regulations.
- Monitors budgets, tracks conversions, and optimises campaigns to maximise ROI and ROAS.
- Executes A/B testing on ad creatives, audience targeting, and landing pages to improve performance.
- Delivers clear performance reports, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Skills & Requirements
- Possesses over 2 years of experience managing PPC campaigns, preferably within the medical or healthcare sector.
- Demonstrates strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager.
- Proven track record of generating leads for cash-pay medical services, including plastic surgery, dermatology, medspa, and concierge medicine.
- Understands HIPAA regulations and their implications for digital advertising.
- Capable of producing ROI-focused reporting with actionable insights.
- Able to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity (approximately 15–20 hours per week).
- Equipped with personal computer or laptop, reliable high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace suitable for remote work.
