Job Overview

The Paid Social Media & Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing multiple client accounts within an established, high-performing funnel structure. The role’s primary objectives include:

  • Driving increased lead generation for local clients
  • Testing and optimising creative assets
  • Achieving and maintaining cost-per-lead targets across assigned accounts

While the specialist receives full support from the creative, copy, and reporting teams, they are also expected to provide strategic input when required. This performance-driven position demands clarity, speed, and precise execution.

Core Responsibilities

The specialist drives results across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) using a proven funnel system. Key responsibilities include:

  • Scaling and managing $10,000+ monthly ad budgets while hitting CPL targets
  • Testing and optimising creatives to identify top-performing ads
  • Collaborating with creative and reporting teams to enhance strategy
  • Analysing performance data to uncover opportunities and implement improvements
  • Refining ad copy, targeting, and offer positioning
  • Maintaining reliable availability during U.S. business hours (EST)

The specialist will regularly use the following tools to execute their role:

  • Meta for Business (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager)
  • Canva (ad creative management)
  • Airtable (tracking and asset organisation)
  • GoHighLevel (lead flow and funnel management)
  • Zapier (automation workflows)
  • Slack (team communication)
  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
  • HubSpot (occasionally, for CRM and lead tracking)

Supporting Tech Stack

Familiarity with these tools is advantageous, though not required on day one:

  • TikTok for Business
  • Google Ads
  • PostHog
  • Google Analytics 4
  • Stape (CAPI Gateway)
  • Supabase dashboards, pixel tracking tools, and AI creative workflows

Skills & Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses:

  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads buying
  • Proven experience managing monthly ad spend of $10,000+
  • Strong expertise in lead generation and direct-response marketing
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple accounts using structured systems
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • A tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and self-motivated approach
  • Reliable backup power and internet (mandatory)
  • Availability from 9 AM – 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday

Desirable / Bonus Skills

  • Experience with TikTok Ads, Google Ads, or other paid advertising platforms
  • Previous work with U.S.-based agencies or international clients
  • Familiarity with GA4, PostHog, or comparable tracking tools
  • Demonstrated ability to optimise campaigns beyond initial strategies

The role requires availability from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday through Friday.
