About the Role

The company is seeking a Paid Media Account Manager to become part of its rapidly expanding digital marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimising advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). The position involves close collaboration with both internal colleagues and clients, contributing significantly to achieving strong campaign performance and client satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities

  • Oversee and refine paid media campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
  • Work closely with designers, copywriters, and media buyers to deliver fully integrated and consistent campaigns.
  • Conceptualise and develop engaging ad creatives—including visuals, videos, headlines, and copy—aimed at maximising conversions.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, offering strategic insights, actionable recommendations, and performance updates.
  • Keep informed of the latest trends in digital marketing, platform changes, and best practices for campaign optimisation.
  • Compile and present performance reports to both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide support across other areas of the agency’s data-driven marketing initiatives, demonstrating adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Skills & Requirements

  • A minimum of two years’ experience in managing advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Strong communication abilities, with a background in client-facing interactions.
  • Solid knowledge of campaign setup, optimisation processes, and performance reporting.
  • Demonstrated skill in crafting compelling ad copy and contributing to creative strategy.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple accounts effectively.
  • A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for supporting various areas of the business.
