Core Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive Google Ads strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue for clients.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities for campaign improvement and expansion.
- Create, manage, and optimise campaigns across Google Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube ads.
- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, quality score) to guide ongoing optimisations.
- Manage bidding strategies, ad copy, and audience targeting to maximise campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure ad creatives and landing pages align with campaign goals.
- Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports, translating data into actionable insights for clients.
- Oversee campaign budgets across multiple accounts to ensure cost efficiency while achieving client objectives.
- Work closely with clients to understand business goals, provide strategic guidance, and communicate campaign results.
- Assist in preparing and presenting performance updates, highlighting insights, strategies, and growth opportunities.
- Contribute to broader company initiatives, including strategic planning, sales support, and integrated digital marketing projects.
- Stay up-to-date with Google Ads platform updates, features, and industry trends to maintain competitive campaign performance.
Skills & Requirements
- Demonstrated success in managing Google Ads campaigns that effectively drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
- In-depth knowledge of all Google Ads formats, including Search, Display, Shopping, and Video ads.
- Proficiency in Google Ads tools and platforms, such as Google Keyword Planner, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience in bid management, audience targeting, and setting up conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven optimisations.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and landing page optimisation to enhance campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex data and strategies to clients clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with additional paid media platforms (e.g., Bing Ads, Facebook Ads) is considered an advantage.
