About FullFunnel
FullFunnel is a Go-To-Market (GTM) and Revenue Operations (RevOps) services firm that collaborates with B2B organisations to address complex revenue challenges. Within its Marketing Operations division, the successful candidate will play a key role in executing, optimising, and measuring the performance of client campaigns across various Paid Media channels. This position is best suited to an individual who excels in a data-driven environment, possesses strong hands-on experience in paid media execution, and can effectively communicate performance results rather than merely outlining completed tasks.
Job Overview
The Paid Media Specialist will play a vital role in developing, managing, and optimising paid search and paid social campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads Manager. The position demands strong tactical execution skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate performance insights clearly and confidently. This is a highly focused role dedicated to hands-on paid media execution and delivering measurable campaign performance, rather than a generalist marketing position.
Core Responsibilities
Paid Media Execution & Optimisation
- Plan, build, launch, and optimise Paid Search (Google Ads) and Paid Social (LinkedIn and Meta) campaigns.
- Develop and implement structured testing strategies, including:
- Creative variations
- Audience segmentation
- Bid strategies
- Landing page experiments
- Analyse campaign performance and present clear insights — outlining what changed, why it happened, and the next steps.
- Communicate campaign results and recommendations to internal teams and client stakeholders.
Performance & Analytics
- Monitor and analyse key paid media metrics such as CTR, CVR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and Cost per Opportunity.
- Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for campaign improvement.
- Support budget pacing, forecasting, and performance dashboard reporting.
Collaboration
- Work closely with content, design, and RevOps teams to ensure alignment of messaging, targeting, and marketing funnels.
- Participate in client meetings to present findings, insights, and recommendations with confidence and professionalism.
Skills & Requirements
Required
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing campaigns in Google Ads and either LinkedIn or Meta Ads.
- Strong ability to explain strategic campaign decisions, focusing on the reasoning behind actions rather than just the execution steps.
- Proven track record of reporting and interpreting key performance metrics, including:
- Percentage CTR improvement from creative testing
- ROAS growth and optimisation
- Conversion rate enhancement
- Experience in building structured audience profiles and implementing effective segmentation strategies.
- Confidence in presenting performance results and insights to clients and internal teams.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and dependable in meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
Application Requirement
As part of the application process, candidates are requested to upload a document along with their resume addressing the following prompt:
Describe one paid media campaign you directly managed.
Please include:
- The business goal of the campaign
- The budget range
- The platform(s) utilised
- The key performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CVR, CPL, ROAS, etc.)

Confidential figures are not required — directional or approximate metrics are acceptable.
What the Candidate Will Gain
- Direct responsibility and ownership of paid media execution that drives measurable client results.
- Exposure to a wide range of B2B industries and strategic campaign approaches.
- Mentorship and guidance from experienced senior professionals in paid media and Revenue Operations (RevOps).
- The opportunity to work within a culture that prioritises experimentation, continuous learning, and performance-driven outcomes.
