Job Overview
The Paid Ads Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook and Google Ads. In this role, they manage advertising budgets, monitor and analyse campaign performance, refine audience targeting, and work closely with creative teams to ensure campaigns achieve maximum impact. Core Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Optimisation
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Facebook and Google Ads to ensure effective performance and delivery.
- Manage ad placements to engage the right audience at the optimal time while adhering to budget constraints.
- Adjust budgets based on performance insights to enhance campaign efficiency.
- Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective strategies and creative elements.
- Keep abreast of platform updates and trends on Facebook and Google to maintain competitive campaigns.
Targeting & Strategy
- Develop and refine audience targeting strategies to reach key demographics and segments.
- Ensure paid media initiatives align with overarching marketing goals.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor and measure campaign performance metrics such as CTR, conversions, and ROI.
- Analyse campaign data to provide actionable insights for internal teams.
- Produce detailed reports to inform decision-making and ongoing optimisation.
Creative Collaboration

Skills & Requirements
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years managing paid campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads.
