Job Overview
The client is looking for a Paid Ads Specialist to design, manage, and optimise high-impact campaigns across Google Ads (Search & YouTube), Meta Ads, and Local Services Ads. The role centres on delivering measurable outcomes, including enhanced Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and increased lead generation for clients. This hands-on position demands strong attention to detail, accountability for campaign performance, and the ability to adapt strategies to each client’s specific needs.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across Google Search, YouTube, Meta Ads, and Local Services Ads (LSAs).
- Monitor and optimise campaigns to maximise ROAS, conversions, and lead generation.
- Analyse performance using data-driven insights and refine strategies to achieve client objectives.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and budgets to improve campaign performance.
- Learn and implement the client’s proprietary program and campaign setup to align with their systems.
- Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights for clients and internal teams
Skills & Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Google.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and other relevant advertising tools.
- Demonstrated success in optimising campaigns to improve ROAS and drive lead generation.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with comfort conducting client meetings via video calls.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to the client’s unique systems and processes.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is required, preferably with U.S.-based clients.
- Experience in the healthcare or medical marketing niche is preferred.
