Job Overview

This role goes beyond that of a traditional Virtual Assistant, positioning the individual as a key support to the founder. The successful candidate will play an integral role in overseeing daily operations, assisting with marketing initiatives, and contributing to revenue growth through effective client communication and consistent follow-ups.

Core Responsibilities

  • The role involves managing inboxes and responding to client enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Responsibilities include maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments, and organising daily priorities.
  • The individual is expected to handle inbound calls and assess potential leads.
  • Active projects must be tracked to ensure deadlines are consistently achieved.
  • The position requires coordination between marketing, web, and support teams.
  • Managing CRM systems and sales pipelines, such as GoHighLevel or similar platforms, forms part of the role.
  • The candidate will follow up on leads, proposals, and any outstanding invoices.
  • Duties also include assisting with blog content, formatting, and basic SEO implementation.
  • The role supports marketing campaigns and contributes to performance reporting.

Skills & Requirements

Core Requirements:

  • A basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO, including websites, rankings, and backlinks, is expected.
  • The role requires prior experience communicating with clients via email and telephone.
  • Candidates should have experience working within a CRM system.
  • Strong organisational skills, along with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively, are essential.

Advantageous Skills:

  • Experience within a marketing or advertising agency environment is considered beneficial.
  • A background in sales or lead conversion is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Experience in content writing or blog editing would be an added advantage.

Compensation & Growth

  • The position offers a weekly salary ranging from $350 to $400, with additional commission-based earnings.
  • There is clear potential for career progression into a Senior Operations or Account Management role.
