Job Overview
The company is seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated online ESL instructors to join its expanding team of professionals. In this role, instructors will support Korean professionals in developing their English proficiency across areas such as Business English, test preparation, and general communication skills.
Working with Intouch Language Inc., successful candidates will have the opportunity to teach learners from leading global organizations, including Samsung and Hyundai. Core Responsibilities
- Instructors are responsible for delivering 10-, 15-, 20-, and 30-minute English lessons via phone or video to both B2B clients and general learners
- Lessons are tailored to meet individual student needs, including Business English, test preparation, and conversational English
- Ongoing feedback is provided to learners, with progress tracked to ensure consistently high teaching standards
- A structured yet adaptable curriculum is followed, allowing lessons to align with each client’s specific learning objectives
Skills & Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Candidates must be citizens of the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, or South Africa
- 1–2 years of online teaching experience is advantageous but not essential
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required
- A strong passion for teaching, along with professionalism, commitment, and a positive work attitude, is essential

💻 Technical & Environment Requirements:
- A stable internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps upload and download speed (post-paid plans only; pocket WiFi and prepaid connections are not accepted)
- A desktop or laptop with at least 8GB RAM
- A built-in or external HD webcam
- A USB or wired headset equipped with a stick-type microphone
- A quiet, distraction-free teaching environment with a plain white background
