Job Overview
Teaching Content: Deliver engaging English lessons covering topics such as early childhood learning, business communication, daily conversation, job interview preparation, casual discussion, and visa interview practice.
Student Profile: Work with a diverse range of learners, including children aged 2–16 and adults aged 18 and above.
Lesson Structure: Conduct one-on-one classes, each lasting 25 minutes.
Skills & Requirements
- Student Age Group: Teach beginner-level children aged 3–16.
- Skills & Approach: Must be patient, enjoy communicating with children, able to expand lessons beyond textbook content, and use props to keep lessons engaging.
- Nationality: English native speakers, or non-native speakers from South Africa, Russia, Serbia (preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Teaching Certificate: TEFL, TESOL, TESL, or other ESL certificates
- Experience: 1–2 years of teaching experience.
Additional Requirements
- Prior online English teaching experience (preferred).
- International teaching certificate (advantageous).
- Outgoing, engaging, cheerful, responsible, and energetic personality.
- Reliable internet connection.
- Quiet teaching environment.
- High-quality, functional headset.
- Computer with at least Intel i5 CPU and 8GB RAM.
- Clear pronunciation with a neutral accent.

Additional Information
- Availability: Positions offered for both part-time and full-time schedules, based on China Standard Time (Asia/Shanghai/UTC+8), between 13:00 and 23:00.
- Part-Time: 4-hour shifts during peak teaching times from 18:00 to 23:00.
- Full-Time: 8-hour workdays, with 4 hours allocated to peak hours (18:00–23:00) and the remaining 4 hours arranged flexibly according to your preference.
