While support is available, the position requires someone who can consistently deliver without close supervision, while maintaining high standards of quality and adhering to SEO best practices.

This role may not be a good fit for individuals who:
- Lack genuine interest in SEO
- Struggle in high-paced work environments
- Require constant motivation or supervision
- Find it difficult to apply critical thinking to problem-solving
- Take feedback personally rather than constructively
- Have poor time management skills
- Cannot clearly communicate needs or challenges

- Shortlisted candidates will complete a pre-recorded 5-minute video interview assessing both technical and soft skills.
