Role Overview
The position seeks a results-oriented Mid-Level Google Ads Specialist to join the paid media team. The specialist will manage the creation, launch, and optimisation of Google Ads campaigns across multiple clients and industry verticals. This role is well-suited for a professional who excels in a fast-paced environment, pays close attention to detail, and takes full accountability for campaign performance and outcomes.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads.
- Execute comprehensive media strategies, encompassing audience targeting, creative testing, and performance optimisation.
- Create, test, and refine ad copy while collaborating with the creative team to develop high-converting assets.
- Monitor campaign performance and pacing, adjusting bids, budgets, and creative as necessary to achieve client KPIs.
- Prepare and present performance reports using platform data and analytics tools such as Looker Studio.
- Accurately track time in Harvest to support billing and maintain project transparency.
- Manage and prioritise tasks through Asana, ensuring timely delivery of all objectives.
- Keep abreast of platform updates, new ad formats, and emerging trends within Google Ads.
Skills & Requirements
- A minimum of 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- At least 2 years of experience executing paid social campaigns across various platforms.
- Google Ads Certification is required.
- Proficient in multiple campaign types, including Search, Display, Performance Max, and lead generation or conversion campaigns.
- Strong understanding of tracking and attribution, including Google Tag Manager and UTM structure setup.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets and Slides, with experience building reports in Looker Studio.
- Experienced in managing multiple accounts and client budgets efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and strong time management abilities.
Desirable
- Previous experience within an agency setting.
- Experience handling international markets or multi-language campaigns.
