Role Overview

The Meta Ads Specialist will oversee the full lifecycle of Facebook ad campaigns, from concept and creative development to launch, optimization, and scaling. This role focuses on achieving strong ROI while managing high-budget campaigns and collaborating with creative teams to produce highly converting ads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize Facebook ad campaigns and budgets daily, weekly, and monthly to maximize sales growth and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, targeting, and campaigns to continuously improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, identifying trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
  • Troubleshoot campaign performance blockers and implement strategies to scale ad spend effectively.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad content aligns with campaign objectives.
  • Stay current on paid social media best practices, offers, and competitor activities.
  • Maintain accurate performance reporting, measuring campaigns against KPIs and objectives.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in online advertising, specifically Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Proven experience managing daily budgets of $5K–$10K or more.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed CAC, ROAS, or MER targets across multiple funnel stages.
  • Strong skills in manual and automated bidding strategies, audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and attribution models.
  • Familiarity with pixel and events setup for accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Comfortable working at a fast pace, managing competing priorities, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
