Job Overview

The Demand Generation Lead will take full ownership of the end-to-end lead-to-call funnel, with responsibility for designing, executing, and optimising demand generation strategies. This is a hands-on leadership role that goes beyond coordination or single-channel management, requiring strategic direction, operational oversight, and continuous performance improvement. The role is accountable for driving high-quality discovery calls with nonprofit organisations, with success measured primarily by the number of qualified nonprofit discovery calls booked each month.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a robust lead generation strategy aligned with overarching business objectives.
  • Take full ownership of funnel structure, including offers, landing pages, lead magnets, and end-to-end conversion journeys.
  • Produce or oversee the creation of high-performing copy for advertisements, landing pages, and automated email campaigns.
  • Manage, optimise, and scale key acquisition channels such as LinkedIn, search engine optimisation, paid media, and retargeting initiatives.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external collaborators to maintain consistent and cohesive messaging across all customer touchpoints.
  • Establish and manage lead qualification frameworks to ensure only high-intent, high-quality prospects progress to the discovery phase.
  • Track and evaluate performance metrics including cost per lead, conversion rates, and booked discovery calls, making weekly, data-driven improvements.
  • Deliver regular performance reports and provide clear, actionable recommendations to drive continuous optimisation.

Skills & Requirements

  • A minimum of three years’ experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or lead generation roles.
  • Demonstrated success in building, managing, and optimising high-performing funnels, including lead magnets, landing pages, and retargeting strategies.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and structured lead qualification frameworks.
  • Advanced copywriting capabilities with a clear focus on conversion-driven messaging.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, analytics and reporting dashboards, and digital advertising platforms.
  • A data-led approach with the ability to integrate creative thinking and analytical insight to drive results.
  • Prior experience working with or marketing to nonprofit organisations will be considered an advantage.
