Job Overview

wefuse is on the lookout for a passionate Junior Paid Media Specialist to strengthen its growing digital marketing team. This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong interest in digital marketing and a particular enthusiasm for paid media. The successful candidate will play a key part in executing and optimising paid campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google and social media channels. Working closely with a team of skilled professionals, the Junior Paid Media Specialist will contribute to delivering impactful results and driving client campaigns to new levels of success.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of paid media campaigns across a range of platforms, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Carry out keyword research, develop compelling ad copy, and contribute to the creation of engaging ad creatives aimed at driving conversions and audience interaction.
  • Monitor campaign results, making necessary adjustments to bids, targeting, and strategies to align with client objectives.
  • Work closely with designers and copywriters to deliver visually impactful and effective advertisements.
  • Prepare regular performance reports, offering insights and recommendations to enhance optimisation efforts.
  • Keep informed on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in paid media to ensure campaigns remain innovative and effective.

Skills & Requirements

  • A qualification in marketing, advertising, or a closely related discipline.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in paid media advertising, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Proficiency in managing campaigns through Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major advertising platforms.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and additional tracking tools to measure performance.
  • Practical experience in A/B testing and campaign optimisation.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret data to guide strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
