Job Overview
The company is seeking a proactive and detail-focused Junior HubSpot CRM Manager to assist with the oversight and optimisation of its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, HubSpot. This part-time position (3 days per week) will collaborate closely with the CRM Manager to maintain data accuracy, enhance workflows, and provide support to teams across Enrolments, Marketing, and beyond.
This role presents an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong analytical abilities and a genuine interest in CRM platforms, data management, and sales enablement to develop their expertise within a growing and fast-paced organisation.
Core Responsibilities
CRM Operations & Support
- Contribute to the day-to-day management of the CRM by handling data entry, record updates, and user account administration.
- Act as the first point of contact for user queries, resolving issues where possible and escalating when needed.
- Assist in documenting procedures, developing user guides, and supporting the onboarding of new HubSpot users.
Data Management & Quality
- Uphold data integrity by ensuring records are accurate, up to date, and compliant with internal standards.
- Carry out regular reviews to detect duplicates, inconsistencies, or missing information.
- Provide assistance with reporting and dashboard maintenance to deliver actionable business insights.
System Enhancements & Testing
- Take part in testing new features, workflows, and system integrations prior to release.
- Collect user feedback and identify opportunities to refine existing processes.
- Work alongside the CRM Manager to implement new tools, automations, and system improvements.
Skills & Requirements
Essential:
- Previous hands-on experience working with HubSpot.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to manage and analyse large datasets.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for effective data processing and analysis.
- Clear and confident communicator, able to support and train HubSpot users as well as colleagues without technical backgrounds.
- Familiarity with workflow automation or the creation and maintenance of reporting dashboards.
Desirable (Advantageous):
- Understanding or prior exposure to sales and marketing processes, or enablement activities.
- A degree or recognised certification in data analytics, business, or information technology.
