Candidate Profile
Lumenalta is seeking an experienced full-stack developer with a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end technologies. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who writes clean, scalable code and communicates effectively within a distributed team environment.
Core Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
(Technical assessment required as part of the hiring process) - Proficiency in:
- Frontend: React.js
- Backend: Node.js, Express.js
- Databases: MongoDB and SQL
- Ability to write clean, testable, and well-documented code
- Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- A proactive, collaborative team player who takes initiative
- A comfortable remote work setup conducive to focus and video conferencing
