Minimum Requirements
- Preference is given to native English speakers from South Africa.
- A minimum educational qualification of a high school certificate or equivalent is required.
- Applicants should possess a recognised TEFL or TESOL teaching certificate. Candidates without a certificate may have the opportunity to obtain one through the organisation’s recommended TEFL certification option.
- Candidates with less than one year of teaching experience are welcome to apply, making the role suitable for individuals beginning their teaching careers.
Additional Requirements
- Availability to work 8 hours per day, 6 days per week, including 3 peak teaching hours between 7:00 PM and 12:00 AM Beijing Time (BJT); or alternatively 4 hours per day, 6 days per week, including 4 peak hours within the same time frame.
- Willingness to complete a 5-day training programme before starting.
- Access to reliable fibre internet, a laptop, and a headset to ensure smooth online teaching sessions.
- A native-level English proficiency and an engaging, interactive teaching style that supports effective learning.
